Take a look at your required features versus desired features and determine which of the desired features may affect the user experience. You'll have to weigh the benefits of having certain features with the hassle caused by, or learning curve required for, using these features.
You also want to keep in mind your budget. You may want all of the features available but only have the budget for a more rudimentary software program.
