Task Management Made Even Easier!
As you know, The iMCare App allows your maintenance team to utilize mobile devices so they are not tied down to a desktop computer everyday. The app allows a user to manage tasks, calculate time spent on a project, receive notifications for preventive maintenance and lookup asset information from their mobile device of choice. The iMCare app by Maintenance Care already makes it easy but now there is even more that you can do with it.
The newest iMCare App features include:
Task List and Task Class
Your task list will now display a Task Type Code instead of a number, making it easier to locate tasks. You also have the ability to select and assign Task Class for task when editing.
Editing Tasks
The new ME button is used for editing your tasks easily and speaking of editing, now you can simply double tap previous notes to edit them.
Assignments
Now you can easily see who a task is assigned to in the Task List making it seamless to know everything you need to know about who is doing a particular job.
Asset Class and Asset Transactions
Now in your Asset Filter area, there is an Asset Class option as well. And if you tap on Asset Transactions, you are able to see details as well as initial comments and notes.
