As you can see, these are serious problems. Now in the old days, that call would come in, the person who took the call would write it down and then schedule a maintenance person to check it out. Whether it is something that can be fixed by maintenance or requires an outside party, the issue still has to be looked at first.

Now, once it is written down the supervisor will have someone look at it by either calling them, having them stop by the maintenance shop, or posting it somewhere.
