Over the next few months, we’ll be highlighting each new feature you can expect from the upcoming release, slated to launch later this year.
First, we’ve heard our Maintenance Care users loud and clear when it comes to their wants and needs regarding task management. That’s why we’re rolling out a new kanban view as part of Volt.
Don’t worry, your task list will stay in place! Kanban introduces a dynamic column view that offers a fresh perspective on your work orders, PMs and assets. With this new option, you can organize and visualize your workflow so task management becomes more intuitive and efficient than ever before.
Here's what you can expect:
- Streamlined Project Management: Easily change the status of tasks or assign them to different team members with simple drag-and-drop functionality between columns.
- Customizable Views: View and group your tasks to suit your preferences and workflows, allowing for personalized task organization and prioritization.
- Enhanced User Visibility: As part of the Volt rollout, we're introducing new user icon images, making it quick and easy to identify task assignees at a glance.
Along with all of the other exciting new features (stay tuned!), the kanban view will be available to all existing paying customers at no extra cost!
