In a recent holiday news story, the Canadian airline WestJet made the Christmas wishes for some holiday travelers come true when they organized a video conference with Santa Claus when the travelers arrived at their airport.
Travelers were instructed to scan their boarding passes when they arrived at the airport. They were instantly taken into a video conference with Santa, who asked them what they would like for Christmas. People's Christmas wishes ranged from new socks and underwear to brand new Samsung Galaxy phones and flat screen televisions.
What these holiday travelers didn't know was that at their destination, the staff was taking note of their wishes, and when the plane took off, the staff set out to purchase all of the gifts they told Santa they wanted.
Can you imagine the chaos that would have ensued if they didn't know where they were going, or what they had to buy? Instead, the airline staff had clear direction, and easy to understand instructions that allowed them to drive out, buy the gifts, and make it back to the airport in time to wrap them all before the travelers arrived.
