Our team is excited to introduce the option to export your PMs to your favorite calendar in our Enterprise Edition package. This will allow you to keep everything in one place and get a notification every time a PM's coming up.
Simply click on the task once it is in your calendar and you will see all of the pertinent information, like name, place, date, time, and description. You can also consider creating a new calendar for your PMs to keep things separate and organized. This way you can share the calendar with team members who will need to edit it. Another great feature is automatic synchronisation that makes your daily work orders appear on all devices once they've been added to the system.
1. Go to the Scheduler Tab, click on the Export Button
2. Select Date Range and Facility
3. Add Downloaded .ics file To Calendar of Choice!
Now you're all set! Check and edit PM's from anywhere, keep your calendars up-to-date, share with your team - nothing will be lost or left up in the air.
