CareClean Updates
Our housekeeping scheduling software is getting tidied up with calendar view improvements, the addition of an Info Tab on each Room Profile and minor bug fixes. We’re also unveiling a new housekeeper hourly rate calculation feature to make billing a breeze.
One Access Updates
Automate room booking with our upcoming Recurring Meetings feature. We’re also introducing equipment rentals available in the software so you can lease items, track their whereabouts and facilitate returns easily in one place.
Additionally, OneAccess has partnered with Niuz (pronounced "news") to facilitate communication in your organization. Maintenance Care Updates
Our CMMS is getting a ton of new features designed with your needs in mind! Improve security with two-factor authentication, speed things up with multi-app single sign-on and keep things organized with tags, auto PM closing and renamed labels.
Enhancements are coming to our reporting capabilities as well, including our highly anticipated Tableau integration, new dashboards, custom reports and an upgraded reporting engine. We will also offer a PointClickCare integration so nursing staff can view the maintenance status of any room when they are charting a particular resident or patient.
Mobile App Updates
We are redesigning the iMCare mobile app with better navigation and enhanced features for inventory control. PLUS, there are three new ways to see your information using the upcoming Maintenance Care Kanban view (by asset, status or assignee).
