These frigid, cold temperatures are a maintenance person's nightmare.

Recently, temperatures all across the country have hit record lows, and some states are experiencing wind chills that are almost forty degrees below zero. When the temperature drops below freezing, you know you're already preparing for some extra work, but at those low temps, you're probably in for more than just a few frozen, busted pipes.
Drafty windows and doors will probably have you running to various locations to try and make adjustments, or keep the heat inside the structure, one way or another. If you're lucky, a furnace won't pick the coldest time of the year to go out, leaving those tenants, or even the entire building without heat.
