We are always working hard at developing new features that help make your experience of using Maintenance Care just a little better. Although we did some really extensive work in the background to our database and other complicated coding improvements, the end result is five new smart features that are just sitting there in your account, waiting to be used whenever you are ready. CMMS doesn't have to be difficult.
1) Forward Email History
As you know, you are able to forward a task easily by pressing the Forward button. Now, when you do so, the history of that email will be saved in the email tab for you to review at anytime. If the person replies back to you, their email will also appear under the Email tab of the task for you to keep for as long as you need it!
2) Time Out Notification
Have you ever been in the middle of typing in some notes and when you press save the system has locked you out! Well, for you slow typers out there, Maintenance Care will now pop-up a notification window to let you know that you need to save your work now if you don't want to lose it, or else you will be logged out in a few minutes. A little heads up for you to make your job a little less stressful.
3) Mobile App Filter by Building Area
I don't know how we could have missed this the first time around, but of course it should be there! You now can filter by Building Area from the mobile app, so if you are in a certain part of the building, double-check to see if you have any other tasks that are in need of your attention while you are there.
4) Asset Transaction From Asset Tab
In the past transactions have always been created from the task by linking it to an asset. Now you can actually create a transaction right from the Asset Transaction tab. It's ubber simple, and you can try it today!
5) Asset Search Fields
It is now much easier to search for assets in the asset list. We've added a description search that allows you to find what you need faster!
